About Us

Since 2007, Optimal Partners has been committed to Higher Education, working exclusively with colleges and universities, to provide a wide variety of IT consulting and staffing solutions.

We Have A Passion For Higher Education

Our work in Higher Ed is fueled by a strong belief in the transformative power of education. We strive to provide job and internship opportunities to students and recent grads, especially those from lesser-known universities and those with non-traditional backgrounds. We have seen first-hand that their passion and innovative thinking can greatly exceed expectations.

We also strive to give back to the Higher Ed IT community by providing great resources, information, and contacts for IT projects, as well as networking opportunities. There are many ways that you can make a difference, from joining our network of Higher Ed IT peers to becoming a mentor to recommending a candidate for an open position. If you would simply like to help us improve, we would love to hear your feedback!
