Engaging Faculty in a Model of Proactive AccessibilityThe work of accessibility on campus tends to get muddled with legal and administration concerns, creating a challenging environment in which to encourage faculty members to consider the principles of accessibility proactively; instead, many faculty members find themselves working on course accessibility issues as a result of an accommodation model.
