Critical edtech gets a conference

Just in recent days, I’ve seen an AI-education entrepreneur claiming that Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robot demonstrates how AI could “save a troubled education system”. I’ve read a lengthy post about the “buttonification” of AI in education, as new interfaces make it possible for educators to design and create lessons “at the push of a button”.
