Applying Scrum to Large-Scale Project Planning and Execution

We advocate the use of scrum methodology as risk mitigation for complex, long-range, high-risk projects. We will demonstrate applying agile principles and “last responsible moment” planning to manage large-scale work, thereby maximizing value delivery and minimizing risk.
